Delivery & collection
- Where do you deliver?
- Pretoria and the surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm.
- What does delivery cost?
- R45, and free on baskets over R350. Collection is always free.
- When will my order arrive?
- In the slot you choose at checkout. You can follow progress under Track order.
- Can I collect instead?
- Yes - choose Collect in store at checkout and we'll have it ready in about two hours.
Your order
- Where is my order?
- Sign in and open Track order to see each stage, from picking to delivery.
- Something is out of stock
- We call you before packing to offer a swap or a refund on that item.
- Can I order the same again?
- Yes - open a past order and choose Order again to put it back in your basket.
- Can I get a price on a big list?
- Build a shopping list and request a quote. We'll come back with a price on the whole thing.
Paying
- How can I pay?
- Card and instant EFT at checkout, or cash on delivery.
- Is paying online safe?
- Payment is handled by our payment gateway. The shop never sees or stores your card details.
- When am I charged?
- At checkout, or on delivery if you chose to pay on delivery.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes - see the returns policy, or call us with your order reference.
